REFUND POLICY

Products sold on La Maison du Bonheur are digital files available for immediate download.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, digital files are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the download has been completed. Therefore, no refund can be granted once the file is accessible.

One exception: if you have not received your download link or if the file is inaccessible, please contact us immediately at contact@la-maison-du-bonheur.shop— we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
