2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of printable digital files offered on the La Maison du Bonheur store. Any order placed implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
3. Products
The products sold are digital files in PDF format, to be downloaded and printed by the buyer. No physical product is shipped. The files are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or used for commercial purposes.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. La Maison du Bonheur reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice.
5. Order and payment
The order is confirmed upon validation of payment. Payment is made online via the solutions offered by Shopify Payments (credit card, etc.). The transaction is secure.
6. Delivery
Upon confirmation of payment, the buyer receives a download link by email at the address provided during the order. Delivery is immediate, available 24/7. La Maison du Bonheur cannot be held responsible for an incorrect email address provided by the buyer.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium where the performance has begun with the consumer's agreement. By placing an order, the buyer expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal upon access to the file.
8. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products, no refunds will be issued once the file has been downloaded. In case of a technical problem (corrupted file, link not received), the buyer is invited to contact — a solution will be provided within 24 hours.
9. Intellectual property
All files, illustrations, and content sold on La Maison du Bonheur are protected by copyright. Any commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution without authorization is strictly prohibited.
10. Disputes
In case of a dispute, the buyer can contact customer service at . In the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
